1.1: The wiki

The Made Men Wiki is open, with guides, these patch notes and a roadmap.

New

• The Made Men Wiki: every city, job, boss, item, collection and property, with the real numbers from the game, and a search that finds any of them. Open to everyone, no sign-in needed.
• Guides, starting with Your first 30 levels: where to put your skill points, why contracts matter, and how long each level takes.
• Patch notes (this page) and a roadmap of what we're working on next.

Balance

• Bosses: beating a boss again now pays the same XP per energy as its district's best job (it was 1.5×). Cash from repeat wins hasn't changed, and the first win still pays the full purse. Farm a boss for its cash and gear, not to level.

Changes

• The wiki is linked at the bottom of the front page.
• Welcome screen: a “Not you? Sign out” link, for when you signed in with the wrong account before making your character.

1.0: Launch

Made Men is open to everyone. Thank you to every beta tester who played, reported bugs and told us what to change.

New

• 7 cities across the USA and Cuba (Miami, New York, Chicago, Las Vegas, Havana, New Orleans, Santiago), each with five districts, their bosses, properties, contracts and collections.
• Favors and Made Men VIP in the Marketplace. VIP is a monthly subscription you can cancel any time from the VIP card; prices include VAT.
• Energy and Stamina Packs: buy 1, 5, 10 or 25 at once.
• Block players, and block or report someone straight from the family chat.
• Sign in with Google, with a one-tap prompt.

Changes

• Everyone started over for launch. Beta testers kept their name and look, and got the Beater title, a month of VIP and Favors by the level they reached.
• Smoother swiping and scrolling on phones, and pop-ups now hold the page still behind them.
• The game moved to mademen.app.
